Why satellite locations?

 

Finding a qualified repairman is difficult enough, finding one in your area can sometimes be impossible.  When it matters who repairs your clock sometimes the closest person is not your best choice.  In order to offer my services to the widest number of clock owners in the most convenient manner possible Master Clock Repair has made arrangements with the following businesses.  These businesses have graciously agreed to act as a drop off and pick up point for clock repair.  You will still receive a free estimate and a claim check with my contact information.   Clocks are picked up and dropped off on a regular basis.   Master Clock Repair provides this convenient service to you for no additional charge!  Locations and directions of these locations are found below. 

 

Here is How it works


  
All repairs will be transported safely to and from my shop as demand requires.  Usually once a week for Dublin location and every three weeks for Marysville and Delaware.  Be assured that I know how much you value your clock and I will treat it as my own. Once the clock has been picked up you will be called with an estimate usually within two to three days.  Feel free to call me sooner if you are anxious to hear about your clock
 
Once the repair is completed and returned you will receive a call that your clock is ready for pick-up.  You may pay for your repair by cash (exact change helpful but not necessary) or check.  THE FOLLOWING BUSINESSES CANNOT ACCEPT CHARGE CARDS IN PAYMENT FOR CLOCK REPAIRS.  IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD YOU MUST CONTACT ME DIRECTLY BY PHONE BEFORE YOU GO TO PICK UP YOUR CLOCK.  THIS WAY WE CAN COMPLETE THE CHARGE TRANSACTION OVER THE PHONE.
 
All repairs are thoroughly tested and are guaranteed unless otherwise noted.  If you experience any problem with the clock please call me directly.  The employees of these businesses are not clock repairmen and cannot answer your questions.  Most problems are a result of a lack of understanding of how the clock operates or how to set it up properly and can be handled on the phone.

Lambert's Jewelers is Marysville's only jeweler.  Be sure to say hello to the owners Keith and Jaynie Lambert when you drop off your clock and take a few minutes to browse the fine quality jewelry they have on display.  I typically pick up and drop off clocks on the last Thursday of each month.
