Due to an ever-increasing demand on our services, we have found it helpful to work by appointment only. This allows us to complete more repairs, offer quicker turnaround times, and serve our customers in a more personal way by avoiding multiple customers in the shop at the same time.

Please note that we are located in Columbus, Ohio. Although Clockmakers are few and far between, our reach is not infinite. if you are far enough away that you are unwilling to drive to our shop to deliver and pick up your clock, please take the time to click the “outside of Columbus?” link at the bottom of this page so we can try to help you find someone in your area. If there are none available, we are more than happy to talk to you, but please understand, we do not ship clocks. It is possible to arrange out of state work, but the clock absolutely must be picked up at our shop Once the work is complete.

Please keep in mind that, we do not ship clocks. You can mail them to us, but any clocks shipped to us, must be picked up in person at our main location.
