Christian’s Hobbies

You might wonder why we would put a page about Christian’s hobbies on our website.

I don’t blame you for wondering. However, we feel that his hobbies and personal life are a reflection of his personality which carries on over into his work.  Christian’s biggest “hobby” is raising four children with his wife.  As many know, this is an all-consuming passion.  His experience at home gives him great patience when working on clocks.  On the secondary front, when time allows, Christian is also very passionate about playing guitar.  He took up guitar after being inspired by his uncle Mark.  He often plays guitar with his father playing along on the drums or keyboard.  Both of them together are hoping to get some recordings made in their home studio soon.  Christian also has an interest in machining, philosophy, art, photography, antiques and antique boxes, botany, and website design.  His love for art, photography, antiques and botany is evident in many of the various “work bench” photos on this site.  His thoughts on website design are largely responsible for the “feel” of this new website.
