This is where the magic happens. All estimates, repairs and testing take place here. Have you ever had, "Hearing the sound of a clock shop at noon" on your bucket list? If the answer is yes, just changed to yes, or you happen to have a clock you would like repaired, give us a call and we can set up an appointment for you to come visit. Most estimates are free, as the best things in life typically are. We can usually provide a written estimate in less than 15 minutes depending on clock type.

In order to serve our customers more personally we work by appointment only.

Appointments are taken on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays normally between 10 and 6 EST.

Information concerning Satellite Location

These days clockmakers are few and far between. Unfortunately, that means that you may not have one close by. Our friends at Lambert Jewelers, in Marysville, Ohio, have kindly allowed us to use their store over the last decade as another "pickup / drop off" point. What does this mean? Our main shop is located on the very border of Southeast Columbus, while Lambert Jewelers is on the complete opposite side of us (Northwest of Columbus), about an hour away. This allows us to service a larger area for those who may not live very close to us. Please be aware that Lambert Jewelers is a Jewelry store, not a clock shop. No estimates, repairs, or testing is done there. Although their staff are some of the kindest people we’ve met, their knowledge about clocks is extremely limited. They can however fill out one of our Master Clock Repair claim checks, describing the clock, the condition, inventory of parts, along with any other notes you may wish to let us know. You will receive a copy of this receipt as a claim check and your clock will be stored securely until our monthly pickup date. once we retrieve your clock, we will call you with a free estimate after we have had a chance to assess the mechanism in person. this usually occurs with two weeks of us picking them up. Once the repair is complete it will be returned to Lambert Jewelers on our next scheduled trip. Once your clock has been delivered back to Lambert's, we will call you the following day to notify you of its arrival. At that point, you may pick it up anytime during their normal business hours. Remember that claim check I mentioned earlier? You must bring that with you as that becomes OUR proof that the clock has been returned to the owner. This is important for both parties, please do not lose these.

Be aware that Lambert Jeweler’s cannot take credit cards on our behalf for repairs as we are a separate business.
